ORDER

Whereas Sri Debasish Das, S/o – Sri Bimal Kumar Das, Vill: - Aklabad, P.O.: - Egra,
P.S. : - Egra, Dist. : - Purba Medinipur, took a loan of Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakh) only from
Balageria Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Contai Branch against Hypothecation of vehicle bearing No.
WB31-5899 by executing agreement, bond and Deed of Hypothecation etc. on 05/06/2018,
And
Whereas the Borrower neglected to repay the due instalments since long,
And
Whereas the present claim of the Financing Bank amounts to Rs. 8,36,636/- as Principal and
Rs. 1,57,426/- accrued as interest upto 22/01/2024 and the entire amount of Total Rs. 9,94,062/- has turned
Overdue, and
Whereas the vehicle is being de-valued day by day, and
Whereas the relevant provisions of the deed of Hypothecation and Power of Attorney executed by
Sri Debasish Das, categorically stated that it shall be lawful for the Bank and its Officers/Employees to take
possession of the hypothecated Vehicle / Movable Assets and sale or dispose proceeds of the Vehicle / Movable
Assets with the loan amount of the said party, and
Whereas it is considered necessary and expedient to take physical possession of the under noted
Hypothecated Vehicle / Movable Assets on behalf of Balageria Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. for protecting
the interest of the Bank.
Now, therefore it is ordered hereby that the vehicle be seized forthwith and for which Sri Pradyut
Kumar Naskar, Manager & In-Charge, Law & Recovery Section, Sri Swarnendu Maity, Asstt. Manager, Law
& Recovery Section & Sri Dibyendu Saha, Asstt. Manager, Law & Recovery Section of Balageria Central Co-
operative Bank Ltd. are hereby authorised and directed to seize the Hypothecated vehicle.
