SUB: Invitation to conciliation as per Section 62 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against your MLA-
15K facility no. ****0447.

Pursuant to loan issued to you by KreditBee, having a branch office at KreditBee - 16, 3, 2nd floor,
Adarsh Yelavarthy Centre, Jogupalya, Cambridge Layout, Halasuru, Bengaluru -
560008, we hereby serve upon you the above named addressee, the following notice/offer for conciliation:-

You had availed a MLA-15K facility from our client. However you have, failed/avoided to adhere to the financial
terms of the payment and your account is overdue. The total balance outstanding on your MLA-15K facility no.
****0447 is Rs. 19312/- and this needs to be addressed/paid immediately.

Our Client would like to draw your immediate attention to the balance that is currently overdue on the above
mentioned MLA-15K. Our bank being a customer friendly bank has informed and taken a decision to meet
customers who have outstanding dues on one to one basis and settle the dues and to provide an opportunity to all of
it’s customers who have all the good intention to pay their legally payable liability. As such before initiating any legal
action, our client intends to explore the possibility of a settlement, through the process of Conciliation and
accordingly intends to refer the dispute to, KS Legal & Associates, who would act as a Conciliator, for an
amicable Settlement.

This is to inform you that our Client is holding conciliation proceedings (Alternate Legal Proceeding) to the MLA-

We wish to reiterate the importance of maintaining a good credit history with the bank. An immediate payment of the
overdue balance amount will help you to maintain the same by clearing the dues towards MLA-15K. You will be
able to improve your credit history in CIBIL.
