    Mrs. Gabutin:

    This is to inform you that we will require of our customers that are authorized government withholding agent to
    submit to us their duly signed BIR form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source) every 30 th day of the
    following month for all income payments made in the previous month. This policy will be implemented starting
    November 2010; hence, we are expecting to receive your form 2307 by December 30, 2010 for payments withheld in
    November. We also hope to receive your form 2307 for the month of October and other certificates that you may
    have failed to submit to us the soonest possible time.
