Dear Kuan Chan,

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT

We wish to advice that the Company has decided to activate termination of contract clause as
stated on your employment contract with effect on 11 May 2020. In accordance to your contract,
the Company is required to serve 1 months’ notice.

Your official last day with the company will be on 10 June 2020.

Your salary will be paid up to and including the said date, upon full settlement of any
outstanding issues and company exit clearance. All benefits shall cease after your last day of
employment.

Please return all relevant articles, documents, reports, diskettes, laptop, keys and all other
Company property, including intellectual property, in your possession on your last day of work.

We would like to remind that all confidential material and information, whether written or orally
disclosed to or obtained by you in the course of your employment, must continue to be treated
with confidentiality, and you must not act, attempt or purport to act in a manner deemed
prejudicial, detrimental or compromising to the interest of the Company.

Once again, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your past services to the
Company and wish you all the best in your future endeavours.
