We are pleased to offer you the position of a Probationary Administration Clerk with
effect of (date)

As an Administration Clerk of the company, you are required to abide by the following
terms and conditions of employment and Rule and Regulations in relation to the company
policy. At the same time, you are also required to maintain punctuality, working attitude,
personality and leadership at all time.

The terms and conditions of employment, effective upon signing this agreement are as
follows:

1. Duties
You shall use your best energies and abilities on a full time basis to perform at location
designated by the company and the duties assigned to you from time to time. You shall
comply with all rules, regulations and procedures of the company. During your
employment, you shall not directly or indirectly usurp any corporate opportunities or
otherwise engage in any conduct adverse to the best interests of the company. In addition,
you are instructed not to divulge any confidential information of, or violate any
agreement with prior employers or their clients.

Your job scope will require you to:


Fully responsible and in charge of:
a. Student data entry, key in delivery order, submitted and processed points.
b. Carrying out filing, purchasing and stock inventory controls.
c. Handling verification and delivery cases including pending cases.
d. Monitoring on hold and release cases.
e. Monitoring students, attendances’ list and students’ card production.
f. Collection of installment and reminding students on installment deadlines.
g. Performing daily settlement for the day.
h. Drafting general correspondences.

2 .Salary
Your salary remains at (Price) . Please note that salary matters are to be kept Strictly
Confidential

3. Probationary Period
You will be subjected to 3 months probation. Upon satisfactory completion of the
probation period, you shall be confirmed and transferred to permanent staff. You will be
notified in writing on any adjustment made to your basic salary.

4 Working Hours
Mondays to Saturdays: Alternating between 10.00am to 1.00pm and
1.00pm to 10.00pm
Sundays: 12.30 pm to 8.30pm

( Saturdays/Sundays being rest days)

5 Termination
During probation either party must give Two (2) weeks of advance notice of termination
of employment in writing.

The company may in written notice to terminate your service of employment forthwith or
suspend the performance of all or any of its obligations immediately and without liability
for compensation or damages:-

a. If you are guilty of any gross default or misconduct in connection with or affect
the business of the company.
b. In the event of any breach or non-observance by you of any of the stipulations or
covenants contained in company’s Policy and Rules and Regulations.
c. If you become a bankrupt or make any composition or enter any deeds of
arrangement with your creditors.

Upon termination, the company shall have the right to withhold the last month salary
to review the job handled by you. You shall be liable for any damages or loss of
properties, which belong to the company, and which are under your care directly or
otherwise, during your service of employment. At the same time, you shall pay any
outstanding owing to the company and in any event, as evidence in the company’s
statement of accounts with you, within 2 months from the date of such termination of
your service of employment.

5.Confidentiality

In your service of employment with the company, you are fully accessible to and
entrusted with the information in respect to the company’s business operations including
matters pertaining to dealings and transactions.

You shall not (except in the proper course of duties) during or after the termination of
your service of employment in Pusat Bahasa Titian Jaya (Kuala Lumpur)Sdn Bhd divulge
to any person any information or make use of it for personal favour or gain.

All notes and records of memorandums of any confidential information concerning the
business of the company which were required and utilized by you during your service of
employment shall be the property of the company and shall be surrendered to the
company within (7) days of the termination or at any time during your service of
employment when so demanded by the company.
