Sub: EDGE P6 service complain.

Sir,
I’m the user of 01911255902. December 06, 2010 I have activated EDGE
P6. But I failed to get this service due to Banglalink’s technical problem. I
can’t browse internet for a single MB. I’m keep checking my internet
account balance through *222*3# but its displayed “the number you have
enter is not valid”so also I’m trying with *222*1# & *222*1# and got the
same reply. Today one of your customer care executive told me that
*222*2# is for internet service deactivation but there is no information
provided on news paper & on your web site so how could I know that? Now
the customer care executive told me that the intetnet balance is not
refundable what is the business plan of yours? for this stupid business policy
I’m not using banglalink. Please try to return my internet balance as soon as
possible. I hope this will help us to internet usage. So please solve that issue
at your high end.

So therefore I’m expecting that internet issue is solved soon and help me to
future good experience.
