TWELVE HUNDREDTHS PESOS ONLY including additional interest and penalty computed
until January 12, 2023.

Your total unpaid obligations and accrued legal interest are computed as follows:

Principal Loan Balance ₱89,200.00
Accrued Interest ₱11,025.12
Total: ₱ 100,225.12

In view of the above, please settle your loans immediately from receipt of this demand letter.
Otherwise, I will be compelled to pursue appropriate legal actions.

computed until January 12, 2023.

Your total unpaid obligations and accrued legal interest are computed as follows:

Loan date: October 11, 2022 Maturity Date: November 10, 2022
Principal Loan Balance ₱31,836.47
Accrued Interest ₱2,547.91
Total: ₱ 34,383.38
