I am writing you this letter in reference to the non-payment of your outstanding obligation
amounting to ONE HUNDRED FORTY TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-
EIGHT AND FORTY-SEVEN HUNDREDTHS PESOS (₱142,658.47), which you obtained
from me on May 10, 2022. Attached is the copy of the Promissory Note.

Your total unpaid obligation and accrued legal interest are computed as follows:

Loan date: May 10, 2022 Maturity Date: May 05, 2023
Principal Loan Balance ₱137,498.47
Accrued Interest from September 26, 2022 up to ₱5,160.00
January 10, 2023
Total Amount: ₱142,658.47

Please be reminded that the EASTWEST BANK checks you have issued as partial payment of
your loan was DISHONORED by Banco De Oro (BDO) Dumaguete - Silliman Branch upon
presentment for payment due to “DRAWN AGAINST A CLOSED ACCOUNT”.

Please settle your loan immediately from receipt of this demand letter. Otherwise, I will be
compelled to pursue appropriate legal actions.

Please note: In my presumption, based on these facts and evidences, this is a palpable act of “Estafa” under
Article 315 of the Revised Penal Code (Swindling and Other Deceits).
