was also agreed upon that the amortization of your loans shall be deducted from your BPI ATM
Card with Card No. 5363 4700 7523 5726.

Your total unpaid obligations and accrued legal interest are computed as follows:

zero balance/insufficient funds.

Please settle your loans immediately from receipt of this demand letter. Otherwise, I will be
compelled to pursue appropriate legal actions.
