Subject : Irrational attitude of Staff and Company

I am writing this to bring in your notice the callous and careless attitude of your banking staff.I am
account holder in Abbottabad branch of summit bank for more than two years with account no

On 17th January 2020 I lost my atm card and got it blocked immediately. Later in the week on 21 st
January through the branch representative I requested for a new atm card and I was given a tentative
period of 5 to 7 working days. On 31st January 2020 i.e Friday I received an sms where I was told that my
new card had been dispatched and I again continued with my never ending wait till date. On 3rd
February again I registered a complaint as I hadn’t received the card yet and it was causing a great
inconvenience to me by hindering my daily transactions. In a couple of days I received a call where I was
told thay my newly issued atm card that was dispatched on jan 30 2020 had been received by a person
named Dilawar on 19th December 2019 . Please look carefully at the dates of dispatch and receival
which show your incompetence and high level of carelessness while dealing with such a sensitive
department. Hopefully you will be able to justify this matter. Your phone representatives instead of
accepting their erroneous act are offering vague and baseless explanations.

I am highly disappointed with your services and dealings as well and I am strongly convinced to shift my
account to some other bank where issue and concerns are dealt professionally and seriously. Hopefully
you will personally look into the matter .
