Please be advised that you made a “CASH ADVANCE TRANSACTION” worth Six
Thousand Pesos (P6, 000.00) last January 5, 2017. The said amount was our company’s
fund which you did not return on the date it was due and demandable. The amount was
used as our company’s generating fund. You made a promised to return it back on the date
we had agreed upon but no to avail since you left our company without justifiable cause. We
tried to reach you out but all your contact numbers was de-activated.

I am now demanding for the payment of the said amount which is due and demandable on
October 8, 2017 since you promised that you will settle it as soon as possible.

I am hoping that you will settle it as soon as possible to avoid us to resort in any legal
actions. This will be your only chance to settle this matter before I will take legal actions
against you in Trial Court.

Please contact me to this cellphone # 09228993510 after you received this letter for
purposes of settling this matter. If you do not comply on my demand on or before the said
date, I will file a lawsuit against you without further notice. It is my best interest to settle this
matter before a lawsuit is filed. If a judgment is obtained against you, it will negatively affect
you. Court will order you to pay court costs, and you will incur civil and moral damages.

Based on the foregoing, I expect that you will settle it not later than the abovementioned

demand letter I will further pursue all of its legal remedies without further notice to you.
