I state that, I am currently residing at the address mentioned

herein above and I am writing to you as under:

1. I state that, in the academic year 2019 – 2020; I took admission in

Reena Mehta College of Arts, Science, Commerce & Management

Studies college for “Bachelor of Management and Studies (B.M.S.)”,

by providing relevant documents i.e., Leaving Certificate from

previous college, Citizenship Card of Nepal, etc.; and by following

due process as prescribed by the said college.

2. I state that, after bear perusal of the said documents which were

provided by me, the said college was pleased to allot me a seat in

the said college / educational institute as “Candidate Type:

Regular”.

3. I state that, since the year 2019 i.e., since admission, the said

college treated me as “Candidate Type: Regular” and I have paid

College fee(s) as “Regular Student”, only. I further state that, I was

in Third Year Bachelor of Management and Studies i.e., T.Y.B.M.S.

in the academic year 2021 – 2022; bearing Roll No. 32 and PRN

No. 2019016401270744; and I successfully graduated from the

said college / educational institute and the result of the said

academic year were announced on 10th June, 2022; by the

University of Mumbai.

4. I state that, since the year 2019 i.e., since admission, the said

college did not ask me to pay a single penny towards extra fee(s) on

the pretext that, I am a Non – Regular Student as the said college

always considered me as “Candidate Type: Regular” and now after a

span of 03 years i.e., after completion of my academic(s) /

study(ies) the said college lately realized that, I am a citizen of

Nepal and the said college started harassing me and asked me to

pay a sum of $1,150 which is equivalent to Rs. 92,391/- (Rupees

Ninety-Two Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety-One Only), as

“Application Fees”.

5. I state that, during the course of my academic study(ies), the said

college did not bother to inform me about my Student Category

being “Non – Regular Student” and now after a span of 03 (Three)

years, the said college is unnecessarily harassing me to pay a sum

of $1,150 which is equivalent to Rs. 92,391/- (Rupees Ninety-Two

Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety-One Only), as “Application

Fees”, which is per se unlawful and bad in law.

6. I state that, I procured admission in the said college / educational

institute by complying with all the due procedures and by

submitting all the document(s) which were called upon by the said

college and now after completion of the academic(s) I am

deliberately been pestered by the said college. I simply state that,

Why the said amount was asked from me at the commencement of

the said academic course / study(ies)? And why the said sum of

money(ies) is asked by the said college after the completion of my

academic course / study(ies)?

7. I state that, I am residing in a rented flat in Mira Road (East),

Thane – 401 107; on Leave and License basis and is the sole bread

winner in the family and because of such unreasonable demand of

$1,150 which is equivalent to Rs. 92,391/- (Rupees Ninety-Two

Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety-One Only), as “Application

Fees”, by the said college, I am facing tremendous difficulty(ies) /

hardship(s) in dealing the said issue as I do not belong to a well to

do family. I further state that, I am working with an organization

and the said organization is asking me to submit a copy of the

“Degree Certificate” but because of the mistake / mishap caused by

the said college I am suffering with my career as the organization in

which I am employed is asking me to submit the “Degree

Certificate” and / or to resign from the said job / organization also I

want to appear for my Post Graduation / Master’s Degree, but

without relevant Graduation Degree I will be unable to proceed for

my Post Graduation / Master’s Degree.

8. I state that, during the time of admission the Admission

Department, after scrutiny of the document(s) submitted by me the

said college admitted me for the course of “Bachelor of Management

and Studies (B.M.S.)” and hence, because of the clerical error /

glitch cause by the said college i.e., the Admission Department; I

am facing tremendous hardship(s) with respect to my job as well as

my future, further study(ies), etc.

Under the circumstances, I hereby request your good office to

co-operate me in getting my Degree Certificate to me i.e., Mr. Gajendra

Lok Chand without charging me any penalty / extra fees and appropriate

action may be taken against the said college for its act of negligence and

irresponsibility.
