 Contents and preferred sequence of APR for SY 2022-2023

 Salutation (Dear Sponsor)

 First Paragraph MUST include : Name, age , educational level, Name

of Course if in Tech or college level and name of school. (Ex. My
name is Myra. I turned 13 years old last January 2023. I am
promoted to Grade 10 this school year SY 2022-2023).

 Second Paragraph. Physical changes felt (specially for

elemenrary).For high school and college, changes in behavior ,
attitude and emotional intelligence is preferred,

 Academic performance

 About the family- Good news – new sibling, repaired or improved

home, additional income by mother. Challenging news – death in the
family, sickness, family problems that affected the student, how the
family is coping.

 Thank you – Must mention certain benefits received from the ESP.

(I wish to thank you for the benefits I received as your sponsored

student. I go to school daily with “baon” for my food; (I received new
set of uniforms, shoes and school supplies. This is the first year in my
life that I have new shoes at the start of school year. I attended
once a month sessions on KFC value formation with other scholars in
our area. This benefit is part of ESP in order to help us become good
students…)
