I am one of the teachers working at OoO Language Academy and I would like to ask you to
consider my request to be granted a raise in my payment.

It has been nearly 3 years since I started my teaching career in OoO and I have tried my best to
improve my teaching skills under your supervision, privileged with the help of the staff as well.
During these years, I had the chance to observe a number of classes and gain a lot of experience.
I am also proud to mention that I managed to get my TESOL Certificate with a highly acceptable
score in February 2021. Needless to mention that numerous students have provided the office
with their satisfaction with my teaching methods and their improvements.
The fact that OoO provides its staff with excellent services remains unquestionable, however, I
wish to update my resume as I believe it affects my salary accordingly.

I would be truly grateful if you allocate time to consider my pay-raise request and I am looking
forward to hearing from you.

I have been working as a teacher at CFUM for approximately six months now, and I'm writing you this
letter to request a raise in my payment.

Ever since I was recruited, I have been tirelessly endeavoring to stand out of the teachers' crowd, which
has become quite enormous nowadays. I have been participating in workshops, going through numerous
teaching sources and journals, and asking the experts of this field for feedback on my performance.

Furthermore, the questionnaires filled out by my students and the observation sheets given me by the
supervisor of the institute, indicate that the results of my work have been satisfactory so far.

source of income. Nonetheless, no one could overlook the role that money plays as a crucial incentive;
especially in our today's society, which is plagued by inflation and other economic issues. In addition, I
should state that I believe adding to a teacher's payment is not a mere expense, but rather a beneficial
investment in the human resources, on which the functionality of a workplace entirely depends.

I would be indebted to you if you could raise my salary by 10%, starting from the upcoming semester. I

I am Hosein Golmohammadi, a teacher at the English Department. I am writing this letter for a change in
monthly payments. Regarding our conversation in the annual meeting of teachers as to giving a pay
raise, I would like to ask you to kindly consider increasing the amount of my salary.

Since you are the director of the institute, I thought it would be best to directly ask you and no one else.

The reason I am asking for this is that there is a rule in the institute saying A-ranked teachers should
receive a pay raise provided that they remain on the A-ranked list for three semesters in a row.

I have been working as a teacher in this institute since 2020. During this period, I have worked hard and
have put my best efforts to perform at the required level and meet both the students’ and your

I have diligently performed my assigned duties as a teacher along with any additional assignments that

I work with your team at Pardis Language Academy. I am teaching at the IELTS Department. As
the monthly payments are due, I am writing to request a review of my salary.
I have had the honor to collaborate with Pardis’s team for two years, and during these years I
have tried to be beneficial to the institute in different ways; I have taken the additional
responsibility for content producing on social media. I have also added to my teaching skills and
I have taken various teaching courses to update my knowledge, and as a result of that I am now
able to help my students learn more effectively. These courses have also inspired me with
innovative ideas and I am willing to bring them into work. I believe that students would enjoy
them. All in all, in my own opinion and also based on the results of the observations, my
teaching level is not the same as two years ago, so I would appreciate it if you consider a raise
in my salary. I am truly willing to devote more time and energy to working with your team.
