A. Relation with students:

Since I was work in Saint John, I feel that Most of Students in Saint John is respect to the teachers, they
are very active during the class and very enjoyable during the class session. In this semester most of grade 7 up
to grade 9 are very excited to join my class, I think they were glad with the new situation rather than covid 19
situation before.

Beside that, they really like to do some application that are supported with the learning environment.
They used to discuss, also present. In some moments, I often to send them to library, to discuss some new topics
that are viral and also hottest. Un predicted, Most of them are also like to read a books and magazines also
newspapers. This kind of situation make me more courage to learn more deep than the one I have planned in my
syllabus

My Relation with my peer is also make me more socialized. I feel that there is no toxic partners in my
room. Most of them are helpful and kind. I was one of the young teachers there, but I feel that No seniority
systems in this field. Every morning we have a morning prayer and also Information given by the leader.

After The Briefing has done, some of us was given task to become a Homeroom so in the 15 minutes
They go to their representative class to inform some information and also held the morning devotion. Praise the
Lord in this academic years I become partners of Grade 8. I learn a lot of things here. I know more about the
class management, report card distribution, about students activity.

In This academic years, My cluster was held event on August. So I discuss with them what activity should
be held to make the students activity more chill and positively. In this academic years I also the choosen one to
become PIC of Independence Day Celebration. At the first We want to find some Public figures that are famous,
to become an Inspiration of talk show during the day. But because of some issues and also condition, we change
our mind to held the competition of tag a war, sack race and also class decoration.

Day by day the Independence day was held. All of classes was very enthusiastic to join and participate.
During the class decoration some of them are going home lately do to preparation stuff, And when the tag a war
and sack race was held, The situation is very excited. The match only held in 2 hours between 10.15-12.15. But
the game has finished around 12.00 PM. For the winners, They have got the present, for the others They are
unlucky for this time

I have also a positive things about parents. The Report Card has distributed 3 times since I was a
partners of grade 8. I saw that They are care about their son and daughter, It was proven by their presence
during the report card, Most of them are take the report card and also attend the time punctually. I really hope
some day My son / daughter is one of students there. Beside that I concern about their tidiness and politeness.
They do the shirt uniform politely, and also be have well to talk and also communicate

In Saint John, I was amazed with the achievement either in academic or non academic. For academic Lot
of Students achieve the winner of Languange competition, Edexcel, and other things. Non academic
achievement most of them are got from basketball competition. I see that they are eager to learn and also
improve their talent and hobby.

They do the teamwork with the students council members. They learned and improve welly during the
students council training. For example They learn about Public speaking while become MC, They learn about
budgeting. At this semester They Held The Cup. They learned how wo do collaboration with some companies
and also some school. They know about management of conflict, also know about the Improvement of their
extracuriculer, by elimination of the match held.

Every Friday there is a Holy mass and some training given to the students. Some seminar was talking
about their issue. For example they are discuss about mental health which is good for them to know about their
soul. The others topic that are very suitable for them in the future is about sex education. Due to the teenagers
time I think it is very important to know about sex. In common cases teenagers are the one that involves in some
negative tragedies.

In my personality I have know many things here. A lot of events held here, to make the Teachers
practice and learn new things. In some training I know more about application that supported learning
environments. It tells me to keep learning. Beside that We have outing session during the end of semesters. I see
that Most of us have a heart to give each others, by sharing our food and drinks

Every month a lot of update are given by our curriculum team. It makes me more updated about the
latest technology use and some issues about education. In every 3 months we have Mid test and Final test. I do
some mistakes that I did’t know before. But Thanks God My Leader show me the solution and guide me to do
the revision step by step. I fell that They has done education action in this part.

About positive things in this environment, I learn also many things. Catholic environment makes me
more adapted about new things. Because every month we held the holy mass, We do angels prayers. And each
month we gather to assembly among teachers and staff, so it can be help us updated about spiritualism
