ADMISSION NOTICE FOR HS 2nd YEAR

(Session: 2021-22)

This is to inform all the Higher Secondary students (Science/ Commerce

stream) of Prescientia Senior Secondary School, who have been promoted to HS 2nd
year by AHSEC, Govt. of Assam for the session 2021-22 that, in order to take
admission for Higher Secondary 2nd Year in Prescientia Senior Secondary School,
Kalibari Road, Hailakandi, you must follow the mandatory guidelines mentioned as
under:

1. Visit our website prescientia.in

2. Click on the link ‘Prescientia Senior Secondary School Admissions

2021- Apply Now’.

3. Fill up the admission form carefully; Crop & upload recent passport
sized photo (less than 1 MB); Upload HSLC Marksheet (PDF/ JPEG
form – less than 1 MB); Submit the admission form.

4. A message will appear after submission of admission form ensuring

your form submission.

5. Admission/Monthly fees can be submitted by cash at the school

Management Cell (from 9.00am – 12.00pm during week days) or it can
be transmitted via ONLINE MODE only at the given account no.

6. Whatsapp the screenshot of receipt of transaction (for ONLINE mode)

at 9401083148 only and wait for response. You must keep the receipt
with you for future reference.

7. Note it carefully that your admission process will be completed only

after fee submission and then only you can attend regular online/
offline classes of Prescientia Senior Secondary School.

8. Admission deadline: 30th June, 2021.

9. Regular online classes from 1st July, 2021 onwards.

10.Class routine and relevant information will be communicated to the

students via Whatsapp.

Please Note:

1. For Science stream students: If the total yearly fees as mentioned above is paid altogether during the
time of admission, then there is a concession of Rs. 5,000/-. In that case, an amount of Rs. 27,000/-
has to be paid as total yearly fees instead of Rs. 32,000/- for the session during the time of admission.
Those paying the total yearly fees in installments or monthly basis must pay a minimum amount of
Rs. 12,000/- during the time of admission. The remaining fees (Rs. 20,000/-) must be cleared in order
to receive admit card from school for appearing in final examination for that particular session/ year.

2. For Commerce stream students: If the total yearly fees as mentioned above is paid altogether during
the time of admission, then there is a concession of Rs. 3,000/-. In that case, an amount of Rs. 22,000/-
has to be paid as total yearly fees instead of Rs. 25,000/- for the session during the time of admission.
Those paying the total yearly fees in installments or monthly basis must pay a minimum amount of
Rs. 9,000/- during the time of admission. The remaining fees (Rs. 16,000/-) must be cleared in order
to receive admit card from school for appearing in final examination for that particular session/ year.

3. The total yearly fees does not include final examination fees of students to be collected by
AHSEC, Govt. of Assam.

4. Pending financial dues of HS 1st year for the session 2020-21 must be cleared before or during
taking admission for HS 2nd year.
