Please refer to your application on the above subject. We are glad to inform that you have been registered with
ICAI - Board of Studies as a student of Foundation Course with Student Registration Number (SRN) bearing
NEWFND / WRO0755112 / Provisional NEWFND with effect from 15/06/2021.
In case you are a Provisional Registration holder you will be eligible to appear for Foundation Examination after
passing the Higher Secondary Examinations (10+2 Examinations) only. You are requested to update the Mark
Sheet in your online profile for an approval by ICAI (within 4 months), in order to create your eligibility to sit in
examinations.
Note: For appearing in May Foundation Examination student should have registered with the ICAI Board of
Studies on or before 31st December of the previous year and for November Examination on or before 30th June,
Current Year.
You will get a separate mail communication from Centralized Distribution System for Study Material. Please note
that the cost of one set of study material is included in the registration fee. You can place your Study Material
order at ICAI CDS portal through this link: https://icai-cds.org by making use of login ID and password which you
would receive by SMS / Email in 12 days after making the successful payment.
The validity of registration for Foundation Course would be for 3 years from the date of initial registration.
Thereafter, registration can be renewed by paying the renewal fee as applicable for every renewal block of 3
Years.
You can also pursue Graduation / Post Graduation Courses through Distance Learning Education Mode
conducted by Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) with whom the Institute has entered into an
MOU. Details in this regard could be found at ICAI Website – https://www.icai.org.
