RENEWAL of Scholarship /Freeship Form(A.Y. 2023-24)

All eligible Students of THIRID Year are hereby instructed to
RENEW their Scholarship/
Freeship Form on

LAST DATE TO APPLY FORSCHOLARSHIP IS
After Login if it asks you to update your Aadhaar Details, then click on the Red Button-"Update
Profile as per Aadhaar". Points to be noted:

1. Personal Information Tab: Update Income details and Save the Tab:
Category Income Certificate

EBC /ST / Minority

Upload Father's Income Certificate issued by Tahsildar of
Financial Year 2022-23 valid upto 31 March 2024.
SC/OBC/SBC/ VJ/ Don't make any changes; keep the previous year's Income
NT/DT Certificate as it is.

2. Current Course Tab: Update as follows and Save the Tab:

Your current course details must in chronological order e.g. 1 yr, 2nd yr and then 3 yr.
Keep 1 year row as it is.
Delete the 2" year row. Re-enter the 2 year details with status as Completed", upload
3rd & 4hSemester Marksheets (1 pdf).
Enter 3 year details with status as Pursuing", put Zero" in Fees paid column and
upload Current year Fees Receipt (A.Y. 2023-24).
3. On left hand side click AIlSchemes.
4. Search your scheme and click APPLY button. It will ask Is this a Renewal Form" say
"YES" and enter previous year's Scholarship Application ID (available in your Login at "My
Applied Scheme History > Approved Application"). Also upload fully filled Parent's
Declaration Form of Current Date(Format available in your login). Click Submit button
and the form willbe successfully applied.
5. Tillfurther Notice Don't take the Printout of the Scholarship/ Freeship Form.
It is student's responsibility to fillthe Online Scholarship Form otherwise student has to
pay full fees to Institute.
Students should check their Emails and Messages in the registered email-ID and Mobile
number, on regular basis for further instructions from mahadbt portal and Polytechnic Office.
