Dear Dean Lamug,

Greetings to your good office,

I am Honeyence Colim a first year Business Administration student from Urdaneta City
University, I am writing this letter, as I am hoping that your department can accept and give me
an opportunity to be part of the College of Business and Public Administration (CBPA)
department under the course of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time where the campus I came from. Being in there has taught me
a lot of things in life. It taught me on how to continue pursue my journey and understand on how
the future version of myself can do something the current situation of our country. I'm hoping
that your department can definitely help and provide me with the appropriate level of literacy I'll
be needing along the way. In relation, I would like to let you know that I will be transferring for
the second semester. Since I was unable to attend my first semester due to a non synchronize
schedule and relocating to a different city, it was decided to transfer to the school that is the
closest to our new home. I am capable to present the approved request letter from my current
department, along with the certificate of grades from my first year together with this letter.
I am looking forward to hear your confirmation regarding with my request, and present all the
papers and credentials you'll be needing personally. Thank you, and have an amazing day.
