LOAN AGREEMENT AND PROMISSORY NOTE

This LOAN AGREEMENT AND PROMISSORY NOTE (the “Note”), is made this 18 th day of
July, 2022, by and among ___________, hereinafter, known as the “LENDER”) and
_____________, hereinafter, known as the “BORROWER”). BORROWER and LENDER shall
collectively be known as “the Parties”. In determining the rights and duties of the Parties under
this Loan Agreement, the entire document must be read as a whole.

PROMISSORY NOTE

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, BORROWER promises to repay LENDER, the sum of ONE
HUNDRED NINETY-THREE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 193,000.00).

TERMS and CONDITIONS

The BORROWER and LENDER hereby further set forth their rights and obligations to one
another under this Loan Agreement and Promissory Note and agree to be legally bound as
follows:

A. Principal Loan Amount : Php 193,000.00

B. Loan Repayment Terms:

BORROWER will pay LENDER an amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php

10,000.00) every end of the month, starting AUGUST 31, 2022, until the loan
amount is fully paid.

C. Collateral:

As collateral for repayment of the loan, BORROWER agrees to serve as collateral, a

parcel of land known as _________________, with an area of Three Thousand Six
Hundred Nineteen (3,619) square meters, more or less, covered under Original Certificate
of Title No. ________and registered under the name of Borrower’s father, __

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 18th day of July, 2022, at
Dumaguete City.
