AFFIDAVIT OF NON-TENANCY AND

AGGREGATE LANDHOLDING

of ____________________________________ after being sworn according to law,
depose and say:

1. That we are the niece and nephew of ___________________________,

married to ___________________, Filipino, of legal age with residence at

2. That on ________________, _____________________ donated to us a parcel of

land located at ___________________ with an aggregate area of ONE
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY (1,220) SQUARE METERS and
presently covered by Original Certificate of Title (OCT) No. OP-_________
issued by the Register of Deeds of Tagaytay City (“Property”), and more
particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land Lot 2778-A, Csd-04-038512-D, Bounded

on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 2778-B, of the subd. Plan;
on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 2777, Csd-452-D, Silang
Cadastre; on the NW., along line 3-4 by National Road; and
on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot 2434, Csd-452-D, Silang
Cadastre. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 2778-
A,Csd-04-038512-D; being x x x x x containing an area of
ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY (1,220)
SQUARE METERS more or less.

3. That the said parcel of land is not tenanted;

4. That we own a total aggregate landholding of 1,220 square meters from

5. That we have no other agricultural properties in the entire Philippines as

stated on the certification issued by the Municipal and Provincial

Order No. 1 Series of 1989 as well as to show proof that our aggregate
landholding inclusive of the land subject of the above-mentioned transaction
does not exceed five (5,0) hectares.
