AFFIDAVIT

I, BONIFACIO LAURICIO, Jr., of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

Cullalabo, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and say, that:

1. I am the son of the late Bonifacio Lauricio, Sr. who died on 21 February 2018 in
Burgos, Isabela;

2. My father died of multiple stab wounds he sustained from the hands of Manuel
Flores y Liberato;

3. On 22 February 2018, Manuel Flores y Liberato underwent an Inquest

Proceeding, after which an Information for Homicide was filed against him;

4. Prior to the incident that transpired on 21 February 2018 that caused the
instantaneous death of my father, he was previously stabbed by the same
Manuel Flores y Liberato on 26 February 2017;
