KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT I, RICARDO C. PORTILLANO, of legal age Filipino, Married

and with postal address at Lot 14 Block 18, Rho Street
Greensville 1 Subd., Brngy. Estefania, BACOLOD CITY under oath do
hereby declare and make manifest:

THAT I am a co-owner of a parcel of land, designated as 1326,

NEHEMIAH ST, BRNGY. STA. MONICA, JORDAN PLAINS
SUBDIVISION, NOVALICHES QUEZON CITY, under Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 292655 and situated in the District of Novaliches,
Quezon City, containing an area of Three Hundred Eight (308) square
meters more or less;

THAT for and in consideration of the good relations we have in our

family, by these presents, I do hereby WAIVE, CONVEY, TRANSFER and
QUITCLAIM any and all of my rights, interests, participation and
ownership over the above-mentioned property in favor of my co-owner,
ALBERTO C. PORTILLANO, of legal age, Filipino, Married and a resident
of 1326, NEHEMIAH ST, BRNGY. STA. MONICA, JORDAN PLAINS
SUBDIVISION, NOVALICHES QUEZON CITY, and to his heirs and
assigns;

THAT I execute this Waiver and Quitclaim freely and voluntarily,

and without any consideration of reward or promise.
