This Deed of sale executed and entered into this_______Day of march
2024 in Quezon City Metro Manila by and between:

BASILIO RENTALS & SALES CORPORATION, a corporation duly organized

and existing in accordance with all t he laws, rules and regulations of
the Republic of the Philippines with address at No . 339 Tandang Sora
Ave., Pasong Tamo, Quezon city , Represented Herein by its Operations
Manager, Mr. Jovito P Basilio and, Hereinafter referred to as the Vendor
-And-
CARTER AGRO-INDUSTRIAL INC., represented by its vice President Mr
Oscar Oblea Bunyi, Jr Filipino of legal age with principal address at 311
Liamzon treet Barangay San jose, Rodriguez rizal Hereinafter referred to
as the VENDEE;
WITNESSETH THAT:
FOR AND CONSIDERATION OF THE AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION SEVEN
HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS(1,720,000.00), full receipts of
which is hereby acknowledge by the VENDOR , The latter hereby sells
transfers and conveys free from all liens and encumbrances unto
VENDEE, One (1) unit fully described below on an as is where is basis:

CATTERPILAR Buldozer, Model D4H with Serial No.9DB01835

VENDOR hereby guarantees and warrants its absolute ownership of and
title over the Aforementioned unit and the peaceful possession thereof
by the VENDEE

VENDEE confirms to have inspected the unit and acknowledge said unit
to be in good running condition and accepts it in its “AS IS WHERE IS
BASIS” and agrees “NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE BASIS” at Tandang Sora
Ave., Pasong Tamo, Quezon City;

VENDOR makes no guaranteed or warranties express or implied of any

kind
VENDRO hereby is not liable and/ or responsible for any accident
incurred by the unit starting March 18 2024
VENDEE hereby agrees to acknowledge and assume liability and
responsibility for any accident incurred unit starting March 18 2024
