WE, JOHN KENNETH B. RICAFRENTE and PATRICIA GRACE

ADALLA GENERAL , both of legal age, Filipino, and and with residence
and postal address at 622 Sumakwel St., Barangay Village , San Antonio
Valley 1, Parañaque City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law do hereby depose and say:

1. That we were living together as husband and wife even without

the benefit of marriage since May 15, 2020 up to the present ;

2. That we have been attending social gatherings such as

weddings, birthdays and other social functions together and
introducing ourselves as husband and wife;

3. That we are executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of

all the above facts and for whatever legal intents and purposes
this may serve.
