Avenue, Makati City, after having been duly sworn in accordance with
law, hereby depose and say:

1. We personally know RICHARD D. ARBO of Arellano Law School

Foundation, being acquaintance for a long period of time;

2. We declare, confirm, and affirm that he was born at the City of

Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines, on the 15th of
November 1990;

3. He has been using the said date in all his legal documents and
transcription;

4. We are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the above-

mentioned person; and

5. We are executing this affidavit to confirm and affirm the foregoing

facts and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
