WE, MA. CYNTHIA P. LIMSON, and MARY GRACE P. LIMSON, of legal age,
Filipino, both living at 1203 Quirino Avenue San Dionisio Paranaque City, after being
duly sworn to accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. We personally known FHATMA B. SAJIRAN and JAY CHARLES P. LIMSON, they

have been in a common law relation since June 21, 2018, and up to present;

2. Out of their relationship, they begot a child named Limson, Jervie Sajiran, who was
born on March 28, 2020, at Manila;

3. Being in a common law relationship for more than five (5) years now, they have lived
together under one roof as we call it their home right from the start of their relationship
which usually refer as live-in partnership;

4. They have introduced and regard each other as husband and wife under a common law
relationship to their perspective families, relatives and friends and which in return they
respect and accept their relationship;

5. We know this fact because we are their neighbors and family;

6. We are executing this statement of facts to confirm and affirm the foregoing facts and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.

AFFIDAVIT OF COHABITATION

I, FHATMA BARUANG SAJIRAN of legal age, Filipino, both residing at 1203 Quirino
Avenue San Dionisio Parañaque City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, depose and with depose and state that:

1. That I and a relationship JAY CHARLES PADILLA LIMSON and living together as
husband and wife since June 21, 2018, under the same roof;

2. That during our cohabitation we are still both of single status and, hence, there exists
no legal impediment for us to Marry each other;

3. We are blessed one son named JERVIE SAJIRAN LIMSON, who born on
March 28, 2020
4. That we are executing this JOINT SWORN STATEMENT OF COHABITATION to
attest the truth of all the above facts and statements to other purpose it may serve.
