JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF LEGITIMATION

We, JOSE M. MONDRAGON and FLORENCIA D. RODRIGUEZ-MONDRAGON,

both of legal age, Filipinos, married and residents of Barangay Bagong Bayan, Puerto
Princesa City, Philippines after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
hereby depose and say:

1. That we have been legally married to each other on October 14, 1976
through a wedding ceremony solemnized by Fr. Casiano Cosmilla at the Immaculate
Conception Cathedral, Puerto Princesa City and said marriage was registered at the
Office of the Civil Registrar, Puerto Princesa City;

2. That prior to our marriage outside of wedlock, a child named CYNTHIA

RODRIGUEZ MONDRAGON, was conceived and born on August 4, 1973 at Barangay
Bancao-Bancao, Puerto Princesa City;

3. That at the time of the conception of said child, we were not disqualified by
any impediment to marry each other and therefore, by virtue of our subsequent
marriage, the said child is now legitimated by operation of law, particularly Article177 of
the Family Code;

4. That we execute this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the

foregoing facts and for the purpose of introducing the amendments in her Certificate of
Live Birth.
