AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY

I, MARIFE N. AURELIO, of Legal age, Filipino, Married, with residential

and postal address at Brgy. Bibincahan East District, Sorsogon City, having
been duly sworn to in-accordance with law , hereby depose and state:
1. That I am legally married to Rodel Jaranilla Aurelio on May 16, 2008
at The Our Lady of Fatima Parish, Sorsogon City;
2. That we have been living as husband and wife since the year 1997,
and has a son Fidel N. Aurelio, before the abovementioned
solemnization which was born on April 12, 1999 at Brgy. Bibincahan
Sorsogon City ;
3. That the date of our marriage was erroneously recorded on the
Certificate of Live Birth of our son which was September 15, 1996
instead of May 16, 2008;
4. That I am executing this Affidavit
to attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose this may serve best.
