AFFIDAVIT OF INDIGENCY

I, MARIANO P. FLORES, of legal age, single, presently residing at

1418 Penafrancia St., Brgy. 682 Zone 74, Paco Manila, after having been
sworn according to law, depose and say:

1. That I and any of my immediate family do not earn gross income in

excess of an amount double the monthly minimum wage of an
employee;

2. That I and any of my immediate family do not own real property

with a fair market value as stated in the current tax declaration of
more than Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (P300,000.00);

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing circumstances and to prove my indigency and my
incapability to hire a private lawyer for legal services.

and EDWIN ESTEDOLA, of legal age, widow, with postal address at Unit
106 Bldg. 2, C-5 MRB Condominium, Brgy. Ususan, Taguig City, both
after being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and say:

1. That we personally know MARIANO P. FLORES, being

acquaintance for a long period of time;

2. That to the best of our knowledge Mr. Flores does not own any real
property and is not currently gainfully employed;

3. That we are not related by affinity/consanguinity to the above-

mentioned person; and

4. That we are executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing
facts to prove Mr. Mariano P. Flores’s state of indigency and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.
