JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, NORMA V. SAGUN and TEODORA R. DEL ROSARIO both of legal

ages, Filipino citizens and residents of Andres Bonifacio, Diffun, Quirino after
being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state that:

1. That we personally know OLYMPIA CABANTING RUEDA of

Mangandingay Cabarroguis, Quirino being our acquaintance for a long
period of time;

2. We declare, confirm and affirm that her correct name is OLYMPIA

CABANTING RUEDA;

3. That OLYMPIA CABANTING RUEDA and the name indicated in

Certificate of Death of JULIUS AARON MORENO RUEDA issued by
the Registrar is OLYMPIA BELTEJAR MORENO;

4. That OLYMPIA CABANTING RUEDA and OLYMPIA BELTEJAR

MORENO is one and the same person;

5. That we are not in any way related to any of the foregoing person
within the fourth civil degree either by consanguinity or affinity, nor do
we have any pecuniary interest in this matter whatsoever; and

6. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing

statements for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
