EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT AMONG HEIRS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THE PRESENTS:

This Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate among heirs;

We, APOLINARIA CIMAFRANCA (deceased) represented by EDGARDO

CEMAFRANCA, GREGORIO CIMAFRANCA

Represented by CELIA C. PRACUELLES, GILDA CIMAFRANCA, ANGEL

CIMAFRANCA (deceased) represented by WARREN CIMAFRANCA and ANITO
ZOSIMO CIMAFRANCA (deceased) represented by ROEL CIMAFRANCA, all of legal
ages Filipino and resident of Bonbon, Aloguinsan, Cebu, Philippines.

WITNESSETH:

That we the above-named parties are the one and only surviving legal heirs of the
deceased, CESARIO CIMAFRANCA. Who died in estate and /or without any leaving last will
and testament, as well as any known debts or obligations whatsoever.

That the Late CESARIO CIMAFRANCA is the registered owner of a certain parcel of
land known as Lot No. 478 with an area of 16,262 sq. meters more or less located in the barrio of
Bonbon, Aloguinsan Cebu.

That, we the above mentioned heirs, being of legal age, and with full capacity to enter
into contract, do hereby declare ourselves as the only surviving and compulsory legal heirs of the
late CESARIO CIMAFRANCA

That being the only surviving and compulsory heirs of the deceased who will inherit the
afore mentioned property of the late CESARIO CIMAFRANCA, we hereby settle extra-
judicially and adjudicate unto ourselves the same, pro indiviso, pursuant to Sec. 1 Rule 74 of the
revised Rules of Court of the Philippines, Subject, however to the liabilities imposed under
Section 4, the same rule against any person or persons who may deprived of their just share of
the estate of the decedent:

voluntary free will without force, intimidation or violence upon our person and we hereby
