WAIVER OF RIGHTS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This WAIVER OF RIGHTS is made, executed and entered into by:

DEO A. ALIGAM, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Baquiran St.,
Caritan, Centro Tuguegarao City, hereinafter referred to as the WAIVANT;

-AND-

WILFREDO A. BALDONADO, JR., of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of

Quirino, Cordon, Isabela, hereinafter referred to as the WAIVEE;

WITNESSETH; 

WHEREAS, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the WAIVEE’S trust, devotion and

affection shown to the WAIVANT, and as an act of gratitude and liberality on his part, the
WAIVANT hereby voluntarily WAIVES, GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of
WAIVER OF RIGHTS, unto the said WAIVEE, her heirs and assigns, whatever rights he has in
the land owned by PURISIMA A. ALIGAM, free from all liens and encumbrances.
 
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, WE have hereunto set our hands this ______________ at
