INTERESTS, ACTIONS AND PARTICIPATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That That I, MARIA JAYME, of legal age, widow, Filipino

and a resident of Poblacion, Ajuy, Iloilo, Philippines, by these
presents hereby

STATE AND DECLARE

That I am the lawful owner of a portion of Lot No. 1611 &

1612 (Plan F-52283), situated in the Brgy. of San Antonio,
Mun. of Ajuy, Province of Iloilo, Island of Panay with an area
of 11.3297 HECTARES, more or less, covered Tax Declaration
No. 0230 and more particularly bounded and described as
follows:

TAX DECLARATION NO. 0230

“A parcel of land Lot No. 1611 & 1612 (Plan F-
52283) ), Brgy. of San Antonio, Mun. of Ajuy,
Province of Iloilo, Island of Panay. Bounded on the
N., by. Lot No. 1640; on the S., by Lot No. 1610; on the
E, by Lot No. 1640; on the W., by Lot No. 1610 & 1641.
xxxx xxxx xxxx Containing an
area of 16.3297 HECTARES, more or less.

That my absolute ownership over the portion of the

above-described property is by virtue of a Compromise
Agreement entered into and by my children and compulsory
heirs.

NOW THEREFORE, for reason of love and affection to my

daughter, namely:

MYLYN JAYME DIONEZA, of legal age,

married, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion,
Ajuy, Iloilo, Philippines,

by these presents, I do hereby WAIVE, TRANSFER and

QUITCLAIM, pro-indiviso, unto and in favor of my daughter,
her heirs or assigns, the above-described property, together

with all the improvements thereon, free from all liens and
encumbrances.

That the conformity of my daughter is shown by her

signature appearing above her printed name below.
