DYLAN PADILLA, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of
Brgy. Aragon St., Cabatuan, Iloilo, Philippines now and hereinafter referred
to as the SELLER;

BRYAN KIM GELLE, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of,
Brgy. Bulad, Guimbal, Iloilo, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the
BUYER;

W I T N E S S E T H, T H A T :

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of a motor vehicle,

more particularly described, as follows :

Currency, payment of which is hereby acknowledged to have been received,
by these presents, SELLER, hereby SELLS, CEDES, TRANSFERS and
CONVEYS, unto the BUYER, his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest
above-described motor vehicle, free from all liens and encumbrances;
