DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ALLAN INGKING, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of 45-5 Pamaong Ext., Cogon,
Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines, am the lawful owner of a certain motor vehicle, which is more
particularly described as follows:

Model : 2000 MV File No. : 076-18575-00
Plate No. : GRA 905

That I acquired ownership over the above-described motor vehicle from George Fortich by virtue
of a Deed of Sale of Motor Vehicle registered as Doc. No. 116, Page No. 25, Book No. V, Series of 2012
of Atty. Josie Vida Corre-Sempron, Notary Public for and in the City of Tagbilaran and Bohol, a copy of
which is hereto attached as Annex “A”;

WITNESSETH:

That for and in consideration of the sum of FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (P40,000.00),
Philippine currency, in hand paid to me, in full satisfaction and acknowledged to have received from
VENDEE, ROY C. CALIPUSAN, Filipino, of legal age, and with postal address at Poblacion, Cortes,
Bohol, Philippines, I do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto said VENDEE, his heirs,
assigns, and successors-in-interest, the above-described motor vehicle.

That the VENDOR hereby warrants unto the VENDEE that he is the legal and absolute owner of
the said motor vehicle, with full and perfect power and authority to sell and dispose of the same; and that
he further declare that the said described motor vehicle is free from liens and/or encumbrances and shall
defend its ownership from any and all claims whatsoever. That the VENDEE agreed to purchase the said
vehicle in “as is where is running condition”.
