vehicle, the same being describe as follows:

married, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Batad Viejo, Batad, Iloilo, receipt is
hereby acknowledge by the VENDOR, the VENDOR hereby SELLS,
TRANSFERS, CEDES AND ASSIGNS, the above described motor vehicle to the
VENDOR and that the VENDOR hereby warrants the peaceful possession and
ownership of the VENDEE and the VENDOR warrants that she shall forever
defend the VENDEE from any claim of any person or entity whomsoever relative
to the right of ownership and lawful possession of the aforesaid motor vehicle.
