This BILL OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE, made and executed by BERNIE JAY
L. LANOZO, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of Bagongbong, Duenas, Iloilo,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR;

- in favor of –

EZRA PHLIP L. MECENAS, also of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of

Badlan Grande, Calinog, Iloilo, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH

That the VENDOR is the owner of a motor vehicle, more particularly described as
follows:

Philippine Currency, the VENDOR hereby SELLS, CEDES, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS
unto the VENDEE, his heirs, assigns or successors-in-interest the above-described motor
vehicle, free from all liens and encumbrances;

That the VENDOR do hereby binds himself to execute and deliver all documents and
writings necessary and requisite for the transfer and registration of said motor vehicle in favor of
VENDEE.
