as the “VENDEE”.

That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the SUM OF THIRTY

EIGHT THOUSAND (Php 38,000.00) PESOS, the said VENDOR
hereby obligates himself to SELL, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY unto
the said VENDEE, their heirs, assigns, and interest in the above-
described vehicle, free from any liens and encumbrances.
