DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this DEED is entered into and executed by FR. FELINO F. JUMAWAN, of legal age,
single, Filipino, and a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Amlan, Negros Oriental, hereinafter called as
the VENDOR, in favor of;

RENATO F. GUEVARRA, also of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of, Bais City,
Negros Oriental, hereinafter called the VENDEE;

WITNESSETH:

That the herein vendor is the registered of a certain motor vehicle, which is more particularly
described as follows:

MOTOR N0. : 4F13-KY8927

That for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php
110,000.00), Philippine Currency, in hand paid by the vendee, and receipt in full is hereby
acknowledged by the vendor to his entire satisfactions and that by virtue of these presents the vendor
herein does hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, by way of Absolute Sale, all his rights,
interests and participations over the above-described motor vehicle, in favor of the vendee, his heirs
and assigns, free from all liens and encumbrances.

That the vendor warrants his ownership over the said Motor Vehicle and will defend the rights
of the vendee against any adverse claim whatsoever.

and Bais City, Negros Oriental, respectively, and known to me to be the same persons who executed
the foregoing instrument, duly signed by them, together with their witnesses and that they
acknowledged to me that the same is their free act and voluntary deed.
