MUNICIPALITY OF SIBULAN
AGREEMENT, ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT AND PROMISORY NOTE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, JETHER M. BANQUERIGO, legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of
barangay Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, for herself and in behalf of her brother and
sister, By These Presents, DO HEREBY manifest that we are the owners of that portion of
Lot No. 398, located in barangay Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, consisting of
TWENTY TWO (22) square meters, more or less, and more particularly described as
follows, to wit:
PORTION OF LOT NO. 398
A parcel of land, Lot No. 398 (portion), being a portion of Lot No. 398, Sibulan
Cadastre, situated in the barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Sibulan, Negros Oriental.
Bounded on the S.E., S.W., and N.W., along lines 4-1-2-3 by Lot No. 398 (portion);
containing an area of TWENTY TWO (22) square meters, more or less.
Further, I hereby acknowledged to have received the sum of TEN THOUSAND
PESOS (Php10,000.00), Philippine currency, in hand paid by AQUILINA D. ALLAN,
married to Ladjahassan L. Allani, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of barangay
Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental; representing the partial payment of the SALE of the
aforementioned Lot No. 398 (portion) sold at ONE THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,000) per
square meter, and the balance of the selling price shall be paid at TWO THOUSAND
PESOS (Php2,000.00) monthly starting July 2010 until the same is fully paid, without
prejudice of paying the full balance anytime.
The execution of the absolute Deed of Sale shall be made after the full payment of the
purchase price.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed our signatures this ___day of
May 2010 at Sibulan, Negros Oriental.
