JOINT AFFIDAVIT

That we, TEODORICO DIPUTADO and RUBEN GREGANA, both of legal age,
Filipinos, and residents of the Municipality of Sibulan, Negros Oriental, under oath, do
hereby depose and manifest:

That we, personally know ROSELLER TOLENTINO CORALES, who was born
on December 22, 1961 to spouses JOSEFINA GUMILAO TOLENTINO and AQUILINO
ESTURAS CORALES;

That we also know AQUILINO ESTURAS CORALES, who was the father of
ROSELLER TOLENTINO CORALES;

That in the Live Birth Certificate of ROSELLER T. CORALES, the Middle Initial
of his father which is E was omitted and what was printed therein was only AQUILINO
CORALES;

That in the Senior Citizens Identification Card of Aquilino E. Corales, his name
was completely printed therein as AQUILINO E. CORALES;

That the name AQUILINO CORALES, appearing in the Live Birth Certificate of
Roseller T. Corales, and the name AQUILINO E. CORALES, appearing in his Senior
Citizens Identification Card, refers to just one and the same persons;

That we know all these facts because we are neighbors and good friends with
Roseller T. Corales and Aquilino E. Esturas in the Municipality of Sibulan since and
until the present;

That we executed this affidavit freely and voluntarily without any considerations
or promise whatsoever; but just to attest the truthfulness and veracity of our statements
herein;
