DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed is executed by REMELYN G. BUHANGHANG, of legal age, Filipino,

married, and a resident of barangay Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, hereinafter called the
VENDOR, in favor of-
MONA LISA BASI CORTES, also of legal age, Filipino, married to Larry Orcia Cortes,
and a resident of barangay Maningcao, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDEE,
WITNESSETH –
That the Vendor herein is the absolute and registered owner of one (1) unit Utility
vehicle, as shown in the Certificate of Registration No.182624304, which motor vehicle is more
particularly described as follows:

Plate Number : GWV528 Year Model : 2001
MV File No. : 0760-00000054417 Cert. of Reg. No. : CR No.182624304

That the aforementioned Utility Passenger Vehicle is operating Dumaguete City-Sibulan

and Vice versa under LTFRB Case No. 07-08-4363;

That for and in consideration of the sum of FOURTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php
40,000.00), Philippine Currency, in hand paid by the VENDEE and receipt in full is hereby
acknowledged by the VENDOR to her entire satisfactions, and that by virtue of these presents
the VENDOR, Remelyn Buhanghang, does hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY,
in a manner absolute and irrevocable, the above-described motor vehicle, and all accessories
therein, and its franchise to operate as a Utility Passenger Vehicle, unto the VENDEE, Mona
Lisa B. Cortes, her heirs, successors and assigns, free from all liens and encumbrances of
whatever nature;
That the vendor warrants her ownership over the said motor vehicle and will defend the
rights of the vendee against any adverse claim whatsoever.

personally appeared the vendor, Remelyn Buhanghang, who exhibited to me her identity through
her TIN No. 259-951-787 issued on Apr8il 17, 2008 and Vendee Mona Lisa B. Cortes with SSS
No. 33-4300889, issued on February 18, 1976; both known to me to be the same persons who
executed the foregoing DEED, duly signed by her, together with her two (2) instrumental
witnesses and that she acknowledged before me that the same is her free and voluntary act and
deed.
