AFFIDAVIT OF LEGITIMATION

THAT I, CECILIA R. LAGURAS, of legal age, Filipino, married to ROBERT B.

LAGURAS, and a resident of Sitio Maglinte, barangay Mayabon, Zamboanguita,
Negros Oriental; after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and manifest:

That I am the mother of RUEL RIVERA, who was born on April 7, 1999 in St.
John new Tensuan Site, Poblacion, Muntinlupa City; and was registered with the Civil
Local Registrar of Muntinlupa City under Registry No. 99-2810;

That on December 10, 1999, I and my husband Robert B. Laguras were legally
married at the Holy Sacrament International Church in Putatan, Muntinlupa, officiated
by Rev. Rafael Burgos;

That after our married my son, RUEL RIVERA, was legitimized and he now
carries the correct name RUEL R. LAGURAS as shown in the certification issued by the
Civil Local Registrar of Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila with the Remarks: viz:
LEGITIMATED BY SUBSEQUENT MARRIAGE OF PARENTS ON DECEMBER 10,
1999 AT MUNTINLUPA;

That this affidavit is executed freely and voluntarily and to attest the veracity and
truthfulness of the aforementioned statements herein.
