Marasbaras, Tacloban City, I am the lawful owner of certain motor vehicle which is
more particularly described as follows:

(₱60,000.00) Philippine Currency, in hand paid to me in my full satisfaction and
acknowledged to have received from ROGELIO B. FABI JR, of legal age, married,
Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Uban, Babatngon, Leyte, by these presents do hereby
SELL, CEDE, CONVEY and TRANSFER unto the said Vendee the above described motor
vehicle

That I am the lawful owner of the above-describe motor vehicle having

acquired by me through purchased from Valeriano A. Millama by virtue of a Deed of
Motor Vehicle, under Doc. No. 90 , Page No. 18, Book No. CIV, Series of 2020,
executed on January 27, 2020 by Notarial Register of Notary Public Atty. Jorge N.
Magdaong Jr, who in turn acquired the same through purchase from registered owner
Bernardo P. Recta Jr by virtue of a Deed of Sale of Motor Vehicle, under Doc. No. 333,
Page no. 67, Book No. 421, Series of 2016 executed on November 16, 2016 by Notarial
Register of Notary Public Atty. Macody M. Agus;

That I further declare that the aforementioned motor vehicle is free from all
liens and encumbrances and shall defend its ownership from any claim whatsoever.
