AFFIDAVIT OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT
OF PATERNITY

That I, ROMEO R. MARAÑON, both of legal age, widower, and resident

of Brgy. Holy Child I, Bluementritt, Alangalang, Leyte after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say;

1. That I am the legitimate and natural father of AARON KING DICOT,

who was born on August 19, 1999 at Eastern Visayas Regional Medical Center,
Tacloban City and ROSALIA P. DICOT, mother of the above-mentioned child
died last October 8, 2012 at Alanglaang, Leyte;

2. That said birth was duly registered in the City Civil Registrar of
Tacloban City in the name “AARON KING DICOT” as we are not legally married
despite having no legal impediments to contract marriage with each other;

3. That I, hereby recognize and acknowledge the above-named child as

being my natural child;

4. That I executed this affidavit to attest the truth and the veracity of
all the foregoing statements.
