JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, BENJAMIN P. PIZAÑA and VERNA L. BALACQUIT, Filipinos, of legal

ages and residents respectively of Purok 1, Dao Dist. Tgabilaran City, and Las
Salinas Sur, Loay, Bohol, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That we personally know DENNIS JAMES VERRALL, a British

Citizen, of legal age, married and a resident of Laya, Baclayon, Philippines,
since he is our friend and client;

2. That we know for a fact that said DENNIS JAMES VERRALL was
born on June 27, 1951 at England;

3. That during his lifetime, he has been using the name DENNIS JAMES
VERRALL in all his personal records and identification cards;

4. That however, we have discovered that his name as reflected in

the check issued by the HSBC dated March 03, 2018 with an amount of One
Thousand One Hundred and Five pounds that his name was misspelled as D J
VERRALL instead of DENNIS JAMES VERRALL per personal record which
is the true and correct;

5. That we hereby declare and attest that DENNIS JAMES VERRALL

per passport no. 505804007 and DJ VERRALL under HSBC check dated
March 19, 2018 refers to one and the same person;

6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing statements and to establish the correct and real name of DENNIS
JAMES VERRALL and for whatever other legal purpose this may serve;
