AFFIDAVIT

That we, ROMEO B. BADAJOS, ADELIA BADAJOS-BEBANCO, and OFELIA

BADAJOS, ADORZA of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Brgy.
Burgos Basey Samar, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do
hereby depose and say;

1. That sometime on July 16, 2013, we executed an ExtraJudicial

Partition over a parcel of Land Among Heirs of the late Gloria Yanos-Badajos
over a parcel of land as described under TCT No. T-52040 under Doc. No 102,
Page No. 22, Book No. VII, Series of 2013 in the Notarial Register of Atty.
Wilfredo O. Estorninos;

2. That through sheer inadvertence the house existing thereon was not
included in the said deed of Adjudication although our intention was to
adjucate the said house and lot;

3. That we executing this affidavit to attest the truth and veracity as of

all the foregoing statement.
