CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Cancellation of Deed of Absolute Sale, made and entered this ____ day of ________, by and
between:

CANDELARIA S. ROGADOR, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence address

at 15 Chico Street, Zone 1, North Signal Village, Taguig City, and hereinafter
referred to as the SELLER;
and

ISABEL S. RODAN, of legal age, Filipino, and with residence address at B36 L
Soldier Hills Village, Putatan, Muntinlupa, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, on 22 February 2022, the parties executed a Purchase Agreement over a memorial lot
registered as Heritage Park Investment Certificate No. 140731 in the records of The Heritage Park,
Taguig (hereinafter “Property”), which transaction was entered into in the notarial book of Notary
Public Gaudencio A. Barboza, Jr. as Doc. No. 299; Page No. 60; Book No. 04; Series of 2022, a copy
of which is hereto attached as Annex A;

WHEREAS, the parties wish to CANCEL, RESCIND and ANNUL said Purchase Agreement and
declare the same VOID AB INITIO;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties hereby unconditionally
CANCEL, RESCIND, ANNUL and declare VOID AB INITIO and without legal effect whatsoever the
Purchase Agreement executed by the parties on 22 February 2022.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that parties agree to return to status quo ante whereby SELLER shall bear
the costs for the period of May 2023 until July 2023 advanced by BUYER, and credit therefrom all
charges paid by SELLER.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed this CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE
AGREEMENT at the date and place first above mentioned.
