JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF COHABITATION

We, JESSE A. BESANA III and FAITH ALLYN R. RARANG, both of legal age, Filipinos, single, and
presently residing at 15 Chico Street, Zone 1, North Signal Village, Taguig City after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That, in 2019, we met through a common friend in high school who happened to be Mr. Besana’s best friend and
Ms. Rarang’s volleyball teammate.

2. That, in the same year, we started to go out on dates and consequently became very close and fond of each other.
We started our exclusive dating relationship in 2019 – the same year that we met each other.

3. That, since 2019, we are exclusively living under the same roof as such at 15 Chico Street, Zone 1, North Signal
Village, Taguig City.

4. That, ever since, we have been cohabiting exclusively as husband and wife, without the benefit of marriage. Our
respective parents and all our close friends are aware of our relationship.

5. That we are in a dating relationship, as defined under Republic Act No. 9262;

6. That under RA No. 9262, a “dating relationship” refers to a situation wherein the parties live as husband and wife
without the benefit of marriage or are romantically involved over time and on a continuing basis during the course
of the relationship;

7. That, we are executing this Affidavit to attest and declare the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal
purposes that this Affidavit may serve.
